Plastic film laminating machinery forms a production line for making plastic cylinders with our plastic cylinder curling side machine and our cylinder gluing machine, both semi-automatic and full-automatic models are available; forms another production line for making plastic boxes with our plastic boxes folding and gluing machine and our high frequency synchronal welding and cutting machine.

Characteristics:

1. Adopt PLC man-machine interface control system, the cutting speed, length and quantiry can be preset at your disposal.

2. Utilize variable frequency speed regulating to feed and servo control system to pull sheet with high slicing precision, it first flattens sheet materials, then slices them into pieces.

3. Use special mould thermoregulator HTF pipe to circulate heating, the roller surface temperature remains uniform; utilize special controller to regulate temperature, easy to maintain.

4. Use hydraulic-driven cutter with strong cutting force.

5. Equipped with static eliminator system and simple slitting systemn, we can produce equipments with various specifications and functions like winding, longitudinal slitting, corona treatment, laminating, motor-driven slicing, multiple feeding are available as options.
